Simple Delta Bubbles is sold as a $19.99 digital download. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are generally approved when the request is made in good faith and the file has not been resold or shared publicly.

Eligible Refund Reasons

• You bought the indicator by mistake and contact support within 14 days.
• You were charged twice by accident.
• You cannot download, install, or load the indicator in Quantower after following reasonable support steps.
• The indicator materially does not match the purchase page at the time you bought it.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Trading losses, missed trades, or decisions made using the indicator.
• Missing or delayed data from your broker, data feed, or Quantower connection.
• Platforms other than Quantower, or uses not described on the purchase page.
• Resale, redistribution, public posting of the file, payment fraud, or abusive chargebacks.

Support First

If the indicator does not install or show up in Quantower, contact support before requesting a refund. Most setup issues are quick to fix with your order email, Quantower version, and a screenshot.

How To Request A Refund

Email mc.moondust@gmail.com from the email used for purchase. Include your order email, approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Banks and PayPal may take additional time to show the refund.

After A Refund

If a refund is issued, please delete the indicator file. Access to future downloads and updates for that order is removed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
