These Terms apply to your purchase, download, and use of the Simple Delta Bubbles indicator. By buying or using it, you agree to these Terms.
A $19.99 one-time purchase gives you a personal-use license for the Simple Delta Bubbles indicator file. This is a license to use the indicator, not a transfer of ownership of the file, source code, name, or related materials.
The license has no subscription and no expiry. It does not guarantee compatibility with every future version of Quantower or every broker's data feed.
You may install and use the indicator in Quantower on computers you personally control.
Payment is processed by PayPal. After successful payment, you get a download link on screen and by email. Keep your order email in case you need support.
The indicator requires Quantower (including AMP Quantower) and a data connection that provides Time & Sales. Bubble accuracy depends on the data your broker and Quantower provide.
Simple Delta Bubbles is a charting tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. It does not recommend trades, guarantee results, or promise profits. You are responsible for your own decisions and risk.
Updates may be provided when available, but not on a fixed schedule. Features can change as the indicator develops or Quantower changes.
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. In general, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and may be denied for resale, sharing, or chargeback misuse.
Simple Delta Bubbles is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Software can contain bugs, display errors, or incompatibilities. You use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simple Delta Bubbles and its developer are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, data errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the indicator.
Your license ends if you violate these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling the file or committing payment fraud.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new purchases and continued use.
